Industrial Action at Adastral Park

26/6 Local Pay Meeting - Thursday 26th June

Ben Marshall, Connect's Head of Industrial Relations, addressed a meeting for members to discuss pay and the industrial action after work at 5:00pm upstairs in Kingpin (opposite Adastral Park).

Over 60 members attended the meeting asking good questions and demonstraing strong support for the action.

Local branch representatives were also available before and after the meeting to help with any individual questions.

A key message from the meeting is to talk to your colleagues about the action. We are taking collective action and members should not feel that they are on their own.
